Role Overview:
Assist customers over the phone converting inquiries into sales while providing exceptional support and handling customer complaints professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and convert to sales
Achieve sales and quality targets
Provide effective support for reservations
Collaborate with team members
Manage cross-market calls and customer complaints

Requirements:

Fluent in Italian (C2/C1) and English (B2)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation:

Starting at 5.50/hr increasing to 8.21/hr with performance
Language Allowance: 600 annually
Performance Bonus: Up to 2500 yearly
