Your Role:
As a Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers handling inquiries and assisting with reservations. Your goal Deliver exceptional service maximize sales and ensure a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert incoming calls and inquiries into successful reservations
Meet & exceed performance targets (sales call-handling quality)
Deliver top-tier customer support tracking and assisting with on-request bookings
Resolve complaints professionally and proactively
Provide market insights to enhance service quality
Collaborate & support other markets by handling cross-market calls
Maintain excellent communication with customers and team members
What You Bring:
Fluent Italian & English (written & spoken)
Previous customer service or sales experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
Typing speed of 25 WPM
Team player with a proactive approach
Work Schedule & Contract Details:
Indefinite contract Long-term career opportunity
Flexible shifts (Monday Sunday 07:00 19:00)
Shifts vary from 4 to 12 hours
Competitive Salary & Performance-Based Rewards:
1st Month (Training & Practice): 5.60/hour
From 2nd Month: 8.10/hour
After probation period: 8.50/hour
After 12th Month: 8.75/hour (performance-based)
After18th Month: 9.20/hour (performance-based)
Additional Incentives:
Language Allowance: 85/month
KPI Performance Bonus: Up to 2000/year (eligible after 6 months)
Commission Sales-based - eligible 2 months from the Going Live date (after the end of training and start working)
