Proactive Management: Identify dips in performance early and implement effective reinforcement plans to keep your team thriving.
Communicate Effectively: Maintain strong consistent communication with internal and external partnersyour voice matters!
Daily Operations: Oversee and delegate daily tasks ensuring seamless delivery aligned with customer KPIs.
Process Improvement: Dive deep into processes and SOPs bringing fresh ideas for efficiency and excellence.
Team Engagement: Conduct energizing team huddles to share updates feedback and key focusescreate a culture of collaboration!
Client Solutions: Tackle client queries and complaints head-on working across departments to resolve complex issues swiftly.
Mentorship Excellence: Provide coaching on process and quality and conduct audits to ensure top-notch service.
Analytics & Reporting: Perform root cause analyses and create actionable plans to boost team performance.
Training Support: Identify training needs and facilitate coaching to unlock your teams full potential.
Collaboration: Work alongside recruitment training quality HR and workforce teams to enhance agent performance.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Step in with additional tasks to elevate service quality and improve KPIs.

Who You Are:

Language Skills: German (C1) and solid English (B1) for effective communication.
People Management: Proven experience leading teams with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and typing 50 wpm with 90% accuracy.
Analytical Thinker: Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for creative initiatives.
Customer Support Guru: Experience in customer support with hands-on skills in live chat and social media.
Self-Motivated Leader: A proactive achiever who can juggle multiple assignments with ease.
