Dutch-Speaking Travel Support Agent
Location: Remote (within Greece only) or Office-based in Athens
Employment Type: Full-time rotating shifts (mornings weekends afternoons)
Relocation Package: Provided for candidates relocating to Greece
Who We Are
At Kats Recruitment we partner with a leading international travel-services business delivering support to hotel and accommodation partners worldwide. Were now looking for a Dutch-speaking Travel Support Agent to join this dynamic team either working remotely from Greece or onsite in Athens and yes we offer a relocation package to Greece if youre moving in.
What Youll Be Doing
- Serving as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients and partners via phone chat or email.
- Handling requests about bookings room changes availability rates extranet tools and partner-support needs.
- Using internal systems and processes to resolve queries accurately and efficiently.

Ensuring every partner interaction is positive reliable and supportive.
- Continuously building your knowledge of our travel-platforms and services so you can help proactively.
Your Profile What Were Looking For
- Native or fluent in Dutch (spoken & written) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level).

Tech-comfortable and adept with MS Office and digital support tools.
- Willing to work rotating shifts covering mornings afternoons and weekends.

Already living in Greece or able/willing to relocate (with our support).
- Strict requirement: You must be an EU citizen or hold a valid Greek work permit we cannot provide sponsorship.
- A friendly service-driven mindset excellent communication skills and solid problem-solving ability.
