Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international customer support team based in Athens Greece. This role supports a fast-growing global e-commerce platform offering a wide variety of products at competitive prices with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and seamless online shopping experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone email and chat in Swedish
- Handle inquiries related to orders deliveries returns and general account support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear accurate and timely solutions
- Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach at all times
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalated cases
Requirements
- Native or fluent Swedish (C1/C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 minimum)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask
- EU passport or valid EU work permit
- Willingness to relocate to Greece (if not already based there)
Relocation Package
- 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival
- Flight ticket provided (within the EU)
- Airport pickup
- Real estate agency fee covered
Work-from-Home (WAH) Information
- Relocating candidates: Work-from-home is based in Athens
- Local candidates: Work-from-home is possible from anywhere in Greece
