We are currently looking for Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international customer support team based in Athens Greece. This role supports a fast-growing global e-commerce platform offering a wide variety of products at competitive prices with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and seamless online shopping experiences.

Your Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer support via phone email and chat in Swedish
Handle inquiries related to orders deliveries returns and general account support
Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear accurate and timely solutions
Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach at all times
Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve escalated cases

Requirements

Native or fluent Swedish (C1/C2 level)
Good command of English (B2 minimum)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset and ability to multitask
EU passport or valid EU work permit
Willingness to relocate to Greece (if not already based there)
