Youll manage 70 FTEs across multiple languages and business lines focusing on sales and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of overseeing day-to-day operations while innovating to grow the account on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational KPIs across different lines of business
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve key operational challenges
- Drive process improvements and enhance overall efficiencies
- Provide leadership development and guidance to senior team members
- Develop strategies to support future growth possibly on a global level
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of executive-level experience in SaaS/BPO sales
- Experience managing teams of 50-100 FTEs
- Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to lead large-scale operations and foster global partnerships
