Your Mission:
As a Client Success Executive youll be the key link between our clients and hotel partners ensuring smooth collaboration and growth on both sides. Youll manage relationships identify new opportunities and deliver excellent service every step of the way.
In your daily work you will:

Engage with clients through our CRM system qualifying accounts and generating new opportunities.

Stay on top of your targets and KPIs (calls revenue and activity goals).
-
Keep all communication and account details updated in the CRM to company standards.
-
Build and maintain regular contact with key accounts.
-
Take part in dynamic sales activities such as campaigns focus projects and client engagement drives.
-
Manage opportunities for meetings events and group accommodations with precision and follow-through.
-
Adopt a proactive upselling mindset to maximize client value.
-
Provide clients with tailored solutions discounts and hotel alternatives as needed.
-
Support with travel and individual booking inquiries when required.
Who You Are:
Youre organized customer-focused and naturally persuasive someone who loves connecting with people and seeing the results of your efforts.

Speak Norwegian fluently and have a strong command of English.

Excel at communication and relationship building.

Are motivated positive and results-driven.

Are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).

Have previous sales experience (hospitality experience is a plus!).

Have used a CRM system before (advantageous but not essential).
