Join Our Team as a Travel Booking Agent (Danish) in Málaga!

Are you passionate about travel and customer service Were looking for a Travel Booking Agent who is fluent in Danish to join our team in sunny Málaga Spain!

Location: Málaga Spain
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses

What Youll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact ensuring each customer interaction results in a positive experience
Handle customer and partner inquiries globally via email messages and phone calls including tasks like updating contact information managing invoice collections handling refunds and booking information
Conduct detailed discovery to quickly understand the customers needs and take ownership of the issue
Research analyze and assess situations to provide accurate solutions using available tools and resources
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve customer issues
Strive for first-call resolution and ensure thorough follow-up on unresolved cases to eliminate the need for callbacks
Deliver a seamless and efficient experience by actively listening discovering solutions and appropriately closing each interaction
Uphold empathy understanding and excellent listening skills as key values when representing the clients brand

What Were Looking For:

Native/fluent in Danish (spoken and written)
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience in the travel industry is a plus
Excellent customer service written verbal and organizational skills
Familiarity with computer technology and devices
Motivated and positive individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong multitasking keyboarding and active listening skills
Skillful paraphrasing of conversations with outstanding communication skills
Ability to find solutions following written procedures and guidelines
Effective in defusing angry customers through social and customer skills
Ability to work in shift rotation: Monday to Sunday 08 AM - 07 PM (39 hours a week)
