The Team

The Immigration Department of Lexidy Spain deals with all international mobility related issues. As a multifaceted team our experts can respond to multiple different types of questions. From Spanish nationality issues passing through the right of foreigners to reside in Spain or even dealing with the European Internal Market.

Accountabilities

  • Growth Department Target Reach:
    Actively contribute to achieving departmental growth targets by securing new clients and retaining existing ones.
  • Service Delivery to Highest Standard:
    Provide high-quality legal services to clients ensuring their immigration needs are met effectively and efficiently.
    Uphold professional standards and ethics in all client interactions and case handling.
  • Customer Feedback Collection:
    Regularly gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with the firms immigration services.
    Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Advising Upselling and Cross-selling:
    Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional legal services to existing clients based on their immigration needs.
    Provide informed advice on additional services that may benefit clients in achieving their immigration goals.
  • Content Generation and Points of View:
    Create engaging and informative content such as blogs articles and videos on immigration-related topics.
    Share expert insights and viewpoints to educate clients and the public about relevant legal issues and developments.
  • Process Optimization Feedback:
    Offer feedback on existing processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the immigration department.
  • Responsible for Information Quality and Compliance:
    Ensure that all information provided to clients is accurate up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
    Maintain meticulous records and documentation to support client cases and ensure
    compliance with internal protocols.

  • Compliance with Local Legislation and Company Protocols:
    Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations at the local level.
    Ensure adherence to company protocols and standards in all aspects of legal practice.
  • Lead for Immigration Consultants/Trainees:
    Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees within the firm.
    Assist in their professional development and training to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Low to Medium Complexity Client Support:
    Handle low to medium-complexity immigration cases including preparing and filing necessary documentation communicating with relevant authorities and providing legal advice to clients.
  • First Contact Leads/Sales:
    Respond to initial inquiries from potential clients and effectively communicate the firms services and value proposition.
    Convert leads into clients through persuasive and informative interactions.
  • General Follow-ups to Leads and Clients:
    Maintain regular communication with leads and existing clients to provide updates on their cases address any concerns and nurture relationships.

You have:

  • Degree in Law and Master to exercise the profession and registered with the corresponding Bar Association
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the Immigration law field:
    - Residence permit applications (Consulate Immigration Office and UGE)
    - Technical and practical knowledge regarding immigration processes
  • Previous experience documentation
  • A collaborative flexible and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. Lets get the job done!
  • Passion energy and commitment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1/C2). Other languages are definitely a plus
  • Excited about and curiosity for digital tools process automation and innovation
  • A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and ensure everyone understands
  • A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone that genuinely cares about the people you help. You go out of your way to give them what they need to serve the business
