We are looking for a Hebrew-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team. You will provide excellent support to customers via phone email or chat ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in Hebrew (and occasionally in English)
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain a friendly empathetic and professional attitude
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Native or fluent Hebrew speaker
Good command of English (B1 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
