Role description: GTM Engineer
Strategic technical operator within the GTM team reporting to the Revenue Operations Lead.
Responsible for architecting and automating the entire GTM engine to generate and scale pipeline through a warm multi-channel flywheel approach.
Focus areas:
Build GTM flywheel integrating outbound inbound ABM LI content ads and sales workflows
Design and automate lead enrichment scoring routing and multi-touch outbound sequences using tools like Clay Apollo n8n Zapier
Activate website and content engagement into outbound triggers ABM campaigns and AE alerts
Eliminate manual outbound tasks for AEs: auto-personalisation CRM updates deal routing
Maintain and optimise full GTM tech stack: email infrastructure CRM workflows (HubSpot) data cleanliness attribution
Set up scalable campaign engines (35/month) outbound reporting and warm outbound loops
Ensure >95% email deliverability >99% CRM workflow uptime and SLA-driven response times
Collaborate cross-functionally on weekly GTM performance reviews and monthly optimisation cycles
Help build and document GTM processes and internal playbook

Capable of creating trigger-based outbound flows from website LinkedIn and CRM signals
Experience in reducing SDR/AE manual tasks and increasing SQL conversion rates
- Familiarity with outbound copywriting and personalisation frameworks
- Experience in high-growth VC-backed SaaS start-ups
