**At deeplify were building the first AI-native asset integrity co-pilot for critical industrial infrastructure.

We turn inspection data from pipelines chemical plants ships and bridges into real-time risk- based maintenance decisions - automatically. We combine a digital inspection platform with proprietary deep-learning models and an evolving agentic AI system that learns from asset integrity engineers. This shifts asset integrity from slow analogue document-driven processes to a proactive software-defined and increasingly autonomous system.

Tasks

The role
Were hiring a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who can ship fast own features end-to-end and collaborate closely across product and engineering. Youll work across our React/TypeScript frontend and Python/FastAPI backend shaping a product used by industrial leaders to help ensure integrity and safety at scale.

• Ideate design and ship product features
• Elevate our application architecture and engineering practices to scale 10x over the next year
• Define complex data models build clean well-tested APIs and integrate AI services to automate NDT analysis
• Raise the bar on code quality reviews and reliability while moving with urgency
• Help shape our engineering culture tooling and processes in a fast-growing AI startup

Requirements

• 25 years of professional full-stack experience
• Strong in React and TypeScript on the frontend
• Strong in Python (ideally FastAPI) on the backend
• Excellent communication pragmatic problem-solving and a true team player mindset
• Based in Germany (ideally Munich)
• Bonus: experience with industrial software and agentic AI
