Summary
Our Client is hiring an experienced Application Support Specialist to manage troubleshoot and optimize banking and cloud-based systems. Candidates must have problem diagnosis skills to identify where the problem occur. Thus the role requires strong technical expertise across T24 Kubernetes SQL and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Candidates with prior experience in banking or fintech will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and troubleshoot application performance and stability to minimize downtime.
* Perform log analysis using tools such as ELK Stack or Splunk to identify root causes and improve system reliability.
* Use correlation IDs and timestamps to trace transaction flows across microservices and integration layers.
* Execute regular patch deployments for core banking applications (T24) and infrastructure components (SQL Kubernetes).
* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for application updates and security patches.
* Provide support and maintenance for T24 Core Banking System including environment management and module troubleshooting.
* Manage and optimize application deployments using Kubernetes and SQL databases.
* Support and troubleshoot integrations through Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
* Maintain security protocols including access management VPNs and compliance standards.
* Ensure all technical and operational tasks align with organizational governance and quality requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in Application Support or IT Operations.
* Proven hands-on experience with T24 Kubernetes SQL and OIC.
* Proficiency with log aggregation and analysis tools such as ELK Stack or Splunk.
* Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
* Experience in the banking or fintech industry is a Must
Preferred Qualifications
* Certifications in Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD) SQL or Oracle Cloud.
* Previous experience in GCC financial institutions or related projects.
