- Helpdesk agent with Helpdesk and customer services experience of more than 4 years of experience in Health care sector
- 24/7 Support
- Support more than 9000 Employee
- Proficient in both written and spoken Arabic & English language
- Effective communication skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Dealing with difficult customers
- IT knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Documentation and Knowledge Base.
- Creating and maintaining a knowledge base.
- Generating and maintaining KPI Reports for Helpdesk tickets
Skills & Qualifications
- ITIL Foundation
- Health Care system experience
- Customer Service certificate
- Communication Skills
- Reporting skills
