Essential Technical Skills:
Operating Systems: Proven proficiency with macOS.
Networking: Experience configuring Cisco switches firewalls and routers.
Remote Support Tools: Experience using TeamViewer.
Cloud Services: Basic familiarity with AWS.
Microsoft 365: Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Arabic Language Skills: Must be able to read and understand Arabic.
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous Experience: 4 years of experience in a technical support or similar role.
Certifications/Education: Any relevant certifications or educational background in IT or a related field is preferred.
