Schedule: MondaySunday rotational shifts between 08:00 and 20:00

About the Role

Join a global leader in corporate travel and expense management.
As a German-speaking Customer Support Representative you will assist business travelers executive assistants and corporate teams with travel bookings itinerary changes expense workflows and platform-related inquiries. Your goal: ensure every business trip is seamless compliant and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer support (phone email chat) to German-speaking corporate clients

  • Assist with flight hotel and transportation bookings

  • Manage itinerary changes cancellations and travel policy compliance

  • Guide users through expense reporting and platform navigation

  • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate technical cases when needed

  • Log all interactions accurately in English in internal systems

  • Maintain service quality compliance standards and KPIs

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • German B2 (C1C2 preferred)

  • English B2 for internal communication

  • Customer-oriented calm and professional in all situations

  • Experience in customer service travel hospitality or corporate support is an advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

  • Comfortable working rotating schedules including weekends

  • Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills
