Note: Active California Bar membership is required. Candidates must have prior experience handling personal injury litigation.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation from intake to trial.
Conduct depositions of parties witnesses and experts.
Draft pleadings discovery and motions with precision and strategy.
Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
Prepare clients and witnesses for trial and represent them in court.
Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies and deliver results.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
1 years of personal injury litigation experience required.
Strong negotiation advocacy and communication skills.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple cases.
Trial experience or readiness to gain trial exposure.
