This is a fully remote position for a driven professional who thrives on building new business relationships and expanding market presence across the United States.
If you have over 7 years of proven success in selling professional staffing or managed services solutions and are passionate about creating innovative workforce strategies for your clients this opportunity is for you. You will focus on developing new business managing complex sales cycles and representing a forward-thinking company that is transforming how staffing services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients across the U.S.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through client onboarding and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance targets.
- Represent the company at national conferences and industry networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized staffing and managed service solutions.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience selling professional staffing services in IT Finance or Engineering to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition within the staffing or managed services industry (MSP RPO or VMS).
- Strong connections within the talent acquisition and workforce solutions community.
- Proven ability to manage a complex sales process and influence multiple levels of decision-makers.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (such as Dynamics) Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a U.S. resident and able to travel for client meetings and industry events (23 times per year).
