Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Med-Surg Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive hospital environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses who are passionate about patient safety recovery and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe effective nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient care accurately and timely manner
- Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Iowa or a multistate license eligible to work in Iowa
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Completion of Iowa Mandatory Reporter Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates upon hire
- Strong clinical and communication skills
