Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Acute Rehab Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team in Ottumwa Iowa. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting
- Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
- Educate patients and families on recovery health management and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current Iowa Registered Nurse license or a multistate nursing license allowing practice in Iowa
- Current Basic Cardiovascular Life Support BCLS certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
