Site Civil Engineer (Section Head) Charleston SC

Local Candidates Only Mid-Senior Level No Visa Sponsorship

Were looking for a highly experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead and grow our civil site practice in Charleston SC. This is a leadership role where youll drive strategy manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure the success of site development projects.

What youll do:

Lead the site civil practice and manage project teams
Oversee design permitting and project delivery
Mentor and develop junior staff
Build and maintain client relationships; pursue new business opportunities
Manage department budgets and resource allocation
Contribute to proposals and serve as technical expert

What were looking for:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
10 years of experience in site civil engineering
Strong project management and business development skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership and communication skills
