About the Role

Were looking for a dynamic Executive & Digital Marketing Assistant to support marketing initiatives digital campaigns and events while also providing executive and interpretation support to the Managing Director and international guests. This role blends creativity coordination and communication in an exciting global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and digital content.
Manage and create engaging social media content (posts stories reels ads etc.).
Assist in designing marketing materials and proofreading catalogues.
Coordinate sales and marketing events launches and conferences.
Provide translation and interpretation (English/French/Tunisian Arabic) during meetings and events.
Offer organizational and administrative support to the Managing Director (scheduling travel logistics).
Conduct market and competitor research to support local marketing strategies.
Occasionally travel within Tunisia for events and meetings.

Who You Are

Bachelors or Masters in Marketing Communication Business or related field.
1 year of experience in marketing or communication.
Fluent in English French and Tunisian Arabic (written & spoken).
Creative proactive and organized with strong multitasking skills.
Confident presentable and passionate about beauty and digital communication.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Canva Adobe Suite or CapCut is a plus.
Knowledge of social media ads and analytics is an advantage.

Work Schedule: Full-time Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day remote)
