Chief Network Engineer (Change Management)

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Central Bangkok (near BTS)

Salary Range: Up to 65000 THB

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Network Engineer with a strong background in network infrastructure and change management. This role involves leading network support operations managing complex network environments and ensuring stability and performance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate change management activities for network systems.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and configuration support for Cisco Palo Alto and Aruba environments.
Maintain network security and performance standards.
Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and processes.
Lead incident response and root cause analysis for network issues.
Support cloud network operations where applicable (AWS or Azure).

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience managing network operations teams.
Strong technical knowledge in routing switching and firewalls (Cisco Palo Alto Aruba).
Experience with load balancers SD-WAN VPNs and security devices.
Knowledge of AWS cloud operations is an advantage.
Good English communication and leadership skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
