Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator you will review and analyze user-generated material including text photos and videos to confirm that it aligns with company policies community standards and legal requirements. Your accuracy judgment and cultural understanding will contribute to maintaining a safe and high-quality digital space for all users.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Evaluation: Review user content to ensure it meets internal rules and regulatory expectations.
Quality & Accuracy: Apply consistent unbiased and culturally aware decisions in all moderation tasks.
Community Protection: Support the creation of a safe respectful and inclusive online environment.
Workflow Compliance: Follow established procedures while adapting to evolving policies and priorities.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate sensitive complex or high-risk cases to specialized teams as needed.
Ongoing Development: Keep up-to-date with policy updates platform changes and best practices in content moderation.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation or a related analytical role.
Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and decision-making abilities.
