About the Role
Join a leading global company in the medical devices industry specializing in diabetes care. We are looking for talented Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialists at different levelsJunior Senior and Team Leaderto support our international operations.
In this role you will contribute to the smooth execution of financial and administrative processes working closely with clients and internal teams across multiple language markets including French German Dutch and English. Your Responsibilities

Manage and process customer orders and invoices with accuracy and timeliness.

Handle billing payments and collections in compliance with internal procedures.

Communicate with clients in French German Dutch or English to resolve account issues.

Support month-end closing activities and reporting.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order-to-cash processes.
-
For Senior or Team Leader roles: mentor team members provide guidance and ensure departmental goals are met.
Your Profile / Requirements

Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French German Dutch or English.

Good command of English for multilingual communication.

Degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or related field preferred.

Strong attention to detail analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Leadership skills for Senior or Team Leader positions.
-
European nationality.
-
Willingness to relocate to Portugal.

Availability to start immediately.
