Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in enterprise or B2B software sales
  • Demonstrated success in offshore and regional market development with experience in solution-based selling to corporate clients.
  • Strong exposure to account-based selling long-cycle enterprise sales and partner/channel development.
  • Familiarity with software licensing models recurring revenue structures and contract negotiations in technology projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing technology sales teams.
  • Proven capability in identifying and capturing new software and digital markets.
  • Strong understanding of pricing contracts and recurring revenue models.
  • Familiarity with global technology ecosystems software trade dynamics and enterprise customer behaviors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with a global perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an integrated sales and business development strategy targeting offshore industrial and digital solution customers.
  • Expand the Companys presence in international markets.
  • Achieve annual revenue and customer acquisition targets aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Build scalable and performance-oriented sales processes supported by analytics and digital engagement.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts and develop recurring revenue opportunities through network and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate on the introduction of new digital offerings such as monitoring automation and analytics systems.
  • Lead and mentor the export sales team with a focus on digital solution selling.
  • Set and monitor performance KPIs implement structured incentive programs and coach for sales excellence.
  • Foster a culture of innovation agility and customer-centricity across the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations and finance to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Supervise pricing proposals and contract negotiations ensuring alignment with profitability goals.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies trade regulations and contractual standards.
  • Provide management with periodic performance dashboards and sales forecasts.
  • Represent the Company at trade fairs tech conferences and B2B events to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Advise leadership on global market trends pricing models and customer behavior insights.
  • Contribute to the Companys Vision 2030 roadmap by aligning sales growth with digital transformation goals.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by management to support organizational objectives.
