About the Role
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Lead to join our team in this role you will steer the creative direction of our brand leading a team of designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual assets.

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy: Develop and execute creative concepts for digital campaigns social media print materials and branding projects.
- Team Leadership: Supervise mentor and guide the design team to ensure high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (visual identity tone and style).
- Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completion ensuring they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
- Quality Control: Review and approve art and copy developed by the team ensuring deliverables meet effective design standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a creative role (Agency or In-house) with at least 1 year of leadership or team management experience.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of branding digital design and campaign work.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
