Job Summary

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Design Computer Science Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
4-8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
Proficient in Figma (Auto-Layout Components Variants Prototyping Design Tokens).
Skilled in Adobe XD Illustrator Photoshop or similar tools for visual asset creation.
Strong understanding of UI layout grids vertical rhythm typography spacing standards and accessibility guidelines.
Experience designing complex dashboards and interactive workflows beyond static screens.
Excellent communication visual storytelling and analytical thinking focusing on user-centered design.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research interviews contextual observations and build user personas.
Analyze user journeys to identify usability gaps and workflow improvements.
Create wireframes storyboards interaction flows and clickable prototypes.
Design visually polished pixel-accurate UI screens for web and mobile platforms.
Define and maintain design system components spacing styles and interaction patterns.
Ensure accessibility compliance (contrast readability touch targets etc.).
Conduct usability testing and collect user feedback for continuous improvement.
Prepare developer handoff documentation specifications and UI behavior guidelines.
Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
Work with product teams to translate requirements into meaningful user experiences.
Present designs and rationale to senior stakeholders in structured review sessions.
