Job Summary

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
4-8 years of professional experience in data analysis business intelligence or analytics.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction transformation and validation.
Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and visualization.
Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot Tables Index/Match Power Query).
Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (preferred).
Excellent analytical thinking business storytelling and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Collect consolidate and manage data from multiple internal and external sources.
Clean structure and validate datasets to ensure data integrity and reliability.
Develop interactive dashboards KPI reports MIS summaries and performance trend analyses.
Apply statistical methods to identify patterns correlations and forecast performance behaviors.
Create and maintain documentation for data definitions models and reporting logic.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to business leadership in a clear actionable format.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Assist predictive modeling teams by preparing and structuring high-quality analytical datasets.
