About the job: Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant (Makati) Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Roles and responsibilities

Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations providing expertise across EPM modules.
Conduct requirement analysis and design sessions with clients.
Develop and maintain functional design documents and configuration specifications.
Configure and implement Oracle EPM applications based on client requirements.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Conduct user training and prepare training materials.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integrations are effectively implemented.
Ensure compliance with best practices and company policies.
Assist with metadata extraction explanation of the conversion process defining requirements and working towards getting the correct extracts and preparing for the metadata conversion cycle.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in finance accounting information systems or a related field.
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
At least 2 full-lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
