About the job: Phlebotomy Training Manager (Makati) Onsite

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati)

We need a Phlebotomy Training Manager to lead our training program for aspiring and current phlebotomists. Were looking for an experienced registered medical technologist or registered nurse with a passion for mentoring and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Design and deliver a comprehensive DOH-aligned training curriculum
Lead classroom simulation and on-the-job coaching sessions
Oversee certification assessments and deployment readiness
Collaborate with HR & Ops to build a strong clinical talent pipeline
Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with safety ethics and clinical standards

Requirements:

Licensed healthcare professional (RMT RN etc.)
Strong background in phlebotomy or clinical training
At least 3 years in Clinical Training or Academe
Skilled in facilitation leadership and compliance
