Requirements
- An undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive Human Resources information.
- Positive attitude willingness to learn and ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Human Resources administrative tasks including data entry document management and maintaining employee records and files.
- Support the Human Resources Business Partner with recruitment campaigns onboarding activities and ensuring compliance with firm standards.
- Assist in Human Resources policy development initiatives process documentation and employee engagement activities.
