Key Responsibilities
- Identify approach and engage potential corporate and institutional partners in Japan.
- Represent the company confidently in meetings calls and written communication.
- Support partnership discussions follow-ups and documentation.
- Provide local insights cultural guidance and operational support to international teams.
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to localize go-to-market and engagement strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and business progress.
What Were Looking For
- Japanese native speaker with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English (able to communicate clearly with regional teams).
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development Partnerships Communications or related fields.
- Confident proactive and comfortable reaching out to new contacts and senior executives.
- Culturally agile able to bridge Japanese and international work styles effectively.
- Open to management trainees or early-career professionals with strong potential.
