Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and enhance existing application systems to meet business needs
- Provide production support to manage incidents and business requests within SLA with a strong focus on root cause analysis and preventive measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support perform application and server administration and conduct performance tuning on investment management platform system
- Manage testing environments to support user acceptance testing
- Liaise and follow up with solution vendor to resolve system incidents
- Assist in managing the change control process on application systems
- Assist in the system implementation and acquisition of computer hardware software and related services
- Foster a Growth Environment: Encourage creativity and fresh ideas contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant IT experience
- Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Strong knowledge in SimCorp Dimension application components functionalities and architecture including Communication servers and services
- Strong IT foundation in SQL Python Linux shell scripting Oracle Database Windows Server SQL Server IBM AIX operating system Control-M and DevOps automation tools
- Hands-on experience in technical / production support on investment or banking system is a plus
- Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
