Your Responsibilities

Communicate with customers in German via phone email and chat

Provide accurate information support and solutions

Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently

Escalate complex cases following internal procedures

Maintain customer data and ensure high-quality service standards

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
What Were Looking For

German level B2 C1 or native (mandatory)

Good English communication skills (B1/B2)

Strong customer service mindset and empathy

Problem-solving attitude and professional behavior

Ability to work shifts (rotational schedule)

EU passport or valid EU residency (for relocation package)
