Join a healthcare technology company that alleviates pain restores health and extends life for more than two people every second.Join our Nordic Event Management team where youll play a key role in providing high-quality service and support to our Operating Units and customers every day by being a part of the planning coordination and execution of training and events for Health Care Professionals.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Asist different teams within the company by organizing and managing events. This includes coordinating schedules ensuring the events run smoothly and providing any necessary support during the events
- Support International Event Planning from Start to Finish You will be involved in every stage of the process from initial invitations and logistics planning to the final execution and follow-up after the event
- Help with Miscellaneous Tasks like preparing materials for meetings or training sessions creating name tags for attendees or handling other event-related administrative duties
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Good knowledge and experience with MS office (Power Point Excel Word Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish as well as English
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- Based in Copenhagen or Skåne as this is a hybrid position
Knowledge of other Nordic languages would be an advantage as would experience from similar role like event management customer support or travel agency. Great if you have experience with Cvent platform and an interest in legal and compliance aspects.
