Renowned for its professionalism innovation and client-focused approach the bank continues to grow its dynamic team and is now seeking a Customer Service Officer.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional with 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in banking operations. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for delivering high-quality service to clients and supporting daily operational and administrative activities within the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients assisting with inquiries banking needs and the promotion of products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the banks database and ensure all necessary documentation is collected.
- Update client profiles and ensure internal systems reflect current records.
- Provide clients with confirmations bank statements and relevant documentation.
- Handle various administrative tasks to support the banks operational requirements.
- Assist with AML compliance procedures ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Support general accounting tasks including processing manual payments on behalf of clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support preferably in banking operations.
- Fluency in English and Greek; Arabic is considered an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and professional approach.
