Job Summary
Test Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for IFRS17 projectProject Management: Oversee the execution of testing activities for the IFRS17 projects ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelinesTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of testers providing guidance on best practices tools and methodologies for effective testingTest Automation: Implement and manage test automation frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage for actuarial solutionsCollaboration: Work closely with business analysts developers and other stakeholders to understand the requirements identify testing needs and address issues throughout the development lifecycleQuality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy completeness and reliability of actuarial models and systems through rigorous testing processes and validation techniquesIssue Resolution: Identify document and track defects or issues coordinating with relevant teams to facilitate timely resolution and retestingDocumentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans test cases test scripts and test reports ensuring comprehensive documentation of testing activities and results
