Job Summary
Summary Of Position
Perform routine housekeeping light maintenance and grounds (including snow removal) related tasks to maintain a safe clean and healthy living and working environment for residents and assigned staff of 2 on campus university apartment complexes.
Other Minimum Qualifications
High school or vocational school graduation or equivalent. Skills in minor plumbing electrical work and carpentry. Ability to use tools and machinery. Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this job including heavy work with exposure to inclement weather for prolonged periods of time. Must successfully complete a job specific bio-mechanical test. Must be able to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary. Must take part in rotating on call availability.

Must be able to effectively work alone as well as with others. Must possess the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
