Your Impact
As ourSenior Marketing Decision Analyst (m/f/d) you will partner with Marketing & Product Managers and Heads of Marketing across 7NXTs multi-brand portfolio (Gymondo 7Mind and Buddyfit) to drive clarity challenge assumptions and unlock smarter marketing decisions across all growth channels.
This role is not about dashboards or reporting. Its aboutmarketing decision intelligence: helping our teams understand whats really driving performance what to do next and where to invest.
Youll go deep into user behavior experiment design and marketing effectiveness with a strong focus oncausal measurement incrementality and subscription-building insights.
Your Mission
Decision Intelligence & Strategic Sparring
- Act as a strategic thought partner in marketing decision-making
- Translate data into simple actionable language: turn complexity into clarity
- Help prioritize investments guide strategic bets and unlock growth
Impact Measurement & Causal Inference
- Move beyond attribution: measure true incremental impact
- Design structured experiments (e.g. geo splits holdouts uplift tests) and analyze results using robust statistical methods
Cross-Brand & Channel Insights
- Compare what works (and what doesnt) across brands markets and campaigns
- Identify repeatable growth levers and help to decide where budget should be invested
- Translate insights into actions for CRM Paid Social Search Influencer and new growth channels
Experimentation & Behavioral Analysis
- Model user behavior funnels retention loops and conversion flows
- Own and evolve our experimentation practice (incl. CRO AB tests)
- Use behavioral signals to improve creative strategy and campaign timing
Communication & Influence
- Tell stories that matter: explain whats happening why and what to do about it
- Coach marketers to become more data-literate and hypothesis-driven
- Elevate data quality methodology and standards across the team
