Were seeking an experienced Manager of Therapy Services to lead our passionate multidisciplinary team delivering NDIS Early Childhood Intervention services. This is a leadership role with the opportunity to combine management with a clinical caseload ideal for allied health professionals who want to maintain their therapy skills while driving service excellence. As the Manager you will have leadership responsibilities for programs and services in line with Mpowers vision and purpose and you will partner with other organisational leaders to guide and inspire your workforce. Your leadership skills are well established having led a range of professional teams. You are focused on positive people outcomes alongside having a high business acumen. You think laterally to inspire teams who are passionate in their fields to continually learn and grow. You have experience in program co-design and innovation. Your leadership responsibilities also involve ensuring continuing professional development and wellbeing are always at the forefront for your team.
