Supporting students in lessons across KS3/KS4
Working 1:1 and in small groups to deliver interventions
Helping teachers prepare resources and manage behaviour
Supporting literacy numeracy and subject-specific learning
Promoting a positive learning environment and emotional wellbeing
Assisting with supervision pastoral activities and classroom routines
Experience and Qualifications
Experience supporting children or young people preferred
Strong communication skills
Patient nurturing and proactive
