Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn

The L&G Investment internship is an 8-week programme running from June to August. During this time youll have the chance to develop your skills gain valuable insights and get hands-on work experience.

What you might work on

During your 8-week placement in June and August youll:

• Kick off with an induction to introduce you to L&G and prepare for an exciting internship
• Engage with different teams and gain insights from various departments
• Learn from senior speakers
• Network with fellow interns and build lasting connections

You will be assigned to one of our investment teams for your 8-week placement. Some of the day-to-day activities you may experience might include: 

• Performing research and due diligence tasks to support decision making
• Collating information for reporting
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings
• Liaising with key stakeholders and improving team processes with fresh perspectives and ideas
• Most importantly you will be learning new skills and gaining knowledge of how our business works!

Qualifications :

Were seeking penultimate-year undergraduates with an inquisitive mind and a desire to learn. No prior industry experience is required but well want to see that you have the tools to develop quickly. These include:

• On track for a 2.1 Degree in any subject we are open to all subject backgrounds
• In your penultimate of university (i.e. graduating in 2027)
• B in A Level Maths
• Curious motivated and have a desire to learn more about a career in Investment Management!
• Analytical mind-set
• Great communication skills
• Flexible and a team-player
• High levels of energy dynamism and commitment
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
