We are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistantfor a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Essex starting January 2026.

About the Role
Providing 1:1 support for students with ASD ADHD SEMH or communication needs
Supporting small-group interventions and in-class differentiation
Assisting teachers with personalised learning resources
Helping students regulate emotions routines and transitions
Monitoring progress and liaising with the SENCO
Building supportive relationships that encourage independence
Experience and Qualifications
SEN experience desirable
Understanding of ASD/SEMH strategies preferred
Empathetic calm and resilient
Salary
