We are currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art ECT to join a supportive and well-regarded secondary school in Bath. This is a full-time permanent role beginning January 2026 and is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers.

About the Role
As an Art ECT your responsibilities include:
Teaching Art across KS3KS4
Encouraging students to experiment with materials and techniques
Supporting GCSE coursework and portfolio development
Contributing to art exhibitions and enrichment activities
Planning engaging lessons and assessing student work
Participating fully in ECT training and CPD
Experience and Qualifications
Art or Fine Art degree
PGCE with QTS
Art Teacher (ECT welcome)
Salary
Paid to scale MPS/UPS
