Job Summary
Are you a passionate and energetic Music ECT looking for the ideal place to launch your teaching career We are seeking an enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a creative and ambitious secondary school in Oxford starting January 2026. This full-time permanent role is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs.

About the Role
As a Music ECT responsibilities include:
Teaching Music across KS3 and KS4
Planning engaging lessons incorporating performance composition and listening
Supporting extracurricular musical activities
Participating in concerts productions and ensemble rehearsals
Contributing to curriculum planning
Engaging fully with ECT mentoring and CPD
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Music or related field
PGCE with QTS
Music Teacher (ECT welcome)
Salary
Paid to scale MPS
