What youll do
- Develop and execute internal communication initiatives aligned with business strategy.
- Coordinate and manage internal communication projects events and activities across Denmark Norway and Sweden.
- Maintain and improve internal communication channels (SharePoint Teams etc.).
- Support management and departments with communication needs and cross-border projects.
- Collaborate with external partners (agencies event organizers) to deliver creative solutions.
- Manage internal communication budget and ensure timely delivery of content.
What were looking for
- Higher education in communication journalism marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in internal communication PR or marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to handle complex information flows
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different departments and divisions
- Comfortable working in an international environment and coordinating across borders.
- Technical skills: SharePoint Teams PowerPoint; photo editing is a plus.
- Fluent in English (oral and written); Nordic language skills are an advantage.
