Job Summary

Role Description
We are looking for Dutch Customer Support Specialists. This is a full-time remote position in Portugal (applications from other countries will not be considered).

Your main responsibilities will include:

Providing support to customers in the Netherlands via phone email and chat
Answering inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
Logging customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems
Delivering fast professional and efficient service in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Fluency in Dutch mandatory
Previous customer service / customer support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask adapt and work under pressure
Experience with CRM software or support tools is a plus
Availability to work full-time remotely from Portugal
