Role Summary:
As a Senior Manager leading Campus Relations and B-School Hiring you will drive Cognizant’s strategic engagement with top-tier academic institutions ensuring a robust pipeline of high-caliber MBA and graduate talent. You will be responsible for building long-term partnerships managing recruitment campaigns and aligning campus strategies with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Relations & Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with placement cells faculty and student bodies across Tier 1 and Tier 2 B-schools.
- Represent Cognizant at campus events career fairs and panel discussions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver guest lectures workshops and curriculum inputs.
Hiring Strategy & Execution:
- Own end-to-end B-school hiring strategy including demand planning branding assessments and onboarding.
- Partner with all Business Units & Horizontals to forecast talent needs and define hiring goals.
- Drive virtual and in-person hiring campaigns ensuring high candidate engagement and conversion.
Program Management:
- Lead internship and management trainee programs including design execution and post-hire integration.
- Monitor performance metrics feedback loops and ROI of campus programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HRBPs L&D and business leaders to align campus hiring with workforce planning.
- Provide insights and analytics to leadership on hiring trends campus performance and talent quality.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in talent acquisition campus relations or HR strategy.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale campus programs and building academic partnerships.
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with platforms like Superset or similar campus hiring tools is a plus.
