Position Available: Insurance Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Insurance Litigation Attorney to join the dynamic legal team for a Law Firm in Randburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling complex insurance disputes and litigation matters.

Salary: R 30000-R 40000 ctc based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum requirements:

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in insurance-related litigation including coverage disputes bad faith claims and policy interpretation.
Draft and respond to pleadings motions and discovery requests.
Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and colleagues.
Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration as needed.
Collaborate with insurance adjusters experts and other professionals to build strong cases.

Qualifications:

LLB degree.
Minimum of 3-4 years post-articles experience in insurance litigation or related fields.
Strong analytical communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage - 400 active files both high and magistrate court work
Multi languages would be preferred.
